Uption

Compliance and driver-qualification SaaS for US trucking fleets. DOT-mandated driver files still run on paper, email, and spreadsheets — or on dated, sales-led incumbents. Uption replaces all of it: a four-app platform where admins send application links, drivers complete their files on mobile with AI license OCR, and every record stays inspection-ready.

It runs on a configurable workflow runtime — carriers define their own pipeline stages and AI scoring rules — with a bidirectional CRM integration framework and six-price metered Stripe billing layered on top. I architected it and shipped it to private pilot in about six weeks, sole engineer across all four apps and the infrastructure.
