Marva Delivery

An end-to-end e-commerce and dispatch pipeline. Three Bitrix24 sales portals sync into one MoySklad ERP; when a deal closes, the order is created and routed to its nearest physical warehouse by region.

From there, orders flow to a Flutter courier app for last-mile delivery: couriers see their assignments grouped by district, capture payment, and close orders out — delivery gated server-side on full payment. Sole engineer across the sync daemon, the courier backend, and the app.
